IN ORDER TO BE EFFECTIVE, yoga must be practiced daily or on a regular basis with no long lapses of time between lessons. A minimum commitment of 10 lessons in 30 days is highly recommended to derive maximum benefit from this yoga program. For this reason, we strongly recommend 1st timers commit to the 1 month intro special.
Out of towners are welcome to drop in for a rate of $25 per class, includes mat and towel rental.
1st timers MUST arrive to the studio a minimum of 15 minutes early.
All class purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-extendable, except in cases of emergencies as determined by Kiva Hot Yoga.
Discounts for Military, Fire, Police, K-12 Teachers, Seniors (65 & up), NFLPA, Full Time College Students (with Valid ID & Current Schedule) and a deep discount for high school students
Local Fitness professionals- i.e. yoga teachers, fitness instructors, coaches, trainers can do drop-in classes for only $12!
