Class Description

HOT 60, 75, 90:
This signature class is 26 classic, therapeutic and strengthening postures performed in a precise order, in a room heated to approximately 105 degrees. The heated yoga room loosens your muscles and joints maximizing their stretching and strengthening capacity while preventing injury. As the heat loosens your body, your mind adjusts to the heat by eliciting a heightened state of focus – hence why we often refer to this yoga series as a moving meditation. This class systematically works the entire body, toning your muscles, promoting weight loss, reducing stress and increasing your overall vitality. Incorporating strength, balance and flexibility, 26 Hot teaches students how each pose stimulates the mind and restores and shapes the body. All instructors for this class are Ghosh lineage trained. This class is ideal for the absolute beginner and still challenging for the seasoned athlete.

75-80 minute Hot Yoga class done under blacklights using energizing postures. Due to minimal instruction, we require beginners to attend a regular class BEFORE they attend Glowga.

This class is supported by the structure of many of the traditional 26 postures. Energizing Vinyasa flows, and long, deep Yin holds are strategically mixed in as well. Come be invigorated! Room is heated between 90-95 degrees.

Free community yoga class. Usually, we offer the HOT 90 as the Karma Class.  Donations Only. All proceeds benefit a local non-profit organization. This is open to new and current students. No commitments required.

The word "vinyasa" refers to the alignment of breath and movement. This relationship turns static asanas or poses into dynamic movements called "flow." The connection of the breath and movements, heats the body internally, builds strength in the breath and ultimately builds strength in the body. Flow classes are 60 or 75 mins which include a great combination of a brief meditation, energetic postures, long-holding stretches, and inversions. Room is heated between 90-95 degrees.

Alignment based, Vinyasa infused, Functional-movement influenced, whole body approach to core strength and health. In this class you will learn breathing techniques to engage and optimize core strength and stability. You'll learn optimal alignment to relieve back pain and alleviate pelvic floor dysfunction. You'll gain confidence in your body's ability to move and you'll have the opportunity to feel vital and energetic to start your day!

This calorie-scorching workout fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance + body sculpting primal movement.  Buti Yoga utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Instead of linear movements, it favors movements that challenge the body along all planes of motion. If you love Hot Pilates, you'll love Buti Yoga.  Room is heated between 85-90 degrees.

Masterful and intentional, DEEP is restorative movement sequence that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to connect mind to muscle and catalyze vibrational change on a cellular level. Unlike other Buti® trademarked formats, DEEP is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle and restructure the deep core. DEEP is designed to prevent injury, restore innervation and assist in the recovery of bladder/ uterine prolapse and diastasis recti. The class structure also includes self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas.

Yin yoga is a powerful practice which targets tendons, ligaments and fascia within the body. Each posture during a Yin yoga class is held for long periods of time to encourage the slow and safe opening of connective tissues, leaving the athlete with an overall feeling of lightness & spaciousness. A Yin yoga class is the perfect antidote to stress and a great counter balance to more active fitness regimens. The room is dimmed and not heated.

Yin yoga classes involve a relaxed practice of floor postures that are held from three to five minutes at a time. There are far fewer postures or asanas in the yin style of yoga as are found in more active styles of yoga.

This is also a great class for crosstrainer, lifters, runners and team sport athletes.  Range of motion is the key!

HOT PILATES: Hot Pilates is a training system which combines Pilates and yoga principles with high intensity interval training and is performed in a room heated to 95 degrees.

Hot Pilates creates long lean muscle mass, burns fat and increases fitness levels. It creates a stronger core, improves circulation and increases flexiblity. It is performed on our cushioned floor, making it zero impact, protecting your precious joints.

This class combines cardio and muscle toning in a heated room.  The high intensity interval training keeps your heart rate up, helping you burn fat. This will sculpt you body, creating long lean muscle mass.  The heat loosens up the muscles quickly, and the humidity makes you sweat- elevating your heart rate & boosting metabolism.
